Julia Amante is the author of multiple women’s fiction novels, including Let Us Begin and Christmas Without You, a 2024 BookLife Prize semi-finalist in romance fiction. Her novel This Is Now won First Place for Mainstream Fiction in the Book Buyers Best Awards. She writes emotionally reflective stories centered on love, family, identity, reinvention, and the pursuit of meaningful lives. In addition to her fiction work, Julia is a frequent speaker at writers conferences and literary organizations, including Southern California Writers Conference, Inlandia Institute, Romance Writers of America, and California State University’s Latina Rising Conference. In 2020, she founded Wise Writer Publishing, an author services company dedicated to supporting writers and helping them build sustainable creative careers. Julia was honored with the 2024 Hispanic Lifestyle “Latina of Influence” Award and previously received a nomination for the Dream Lifter Award from the Dream Girl Foundation.
