Elma (Martens) Schemenauer grew up in a Mennonite family in rural Saskatchewan, Canada. After teaching in Saskatchewan, Montana, and Nova Scotia, she settled into a publishing career in Toronto. She’s the author of 78 published books. Their topics include community life, Mennonites, family, faith, history, mystery, and adventure. Her most recent book is the novel SONG FOR SUSIE EPP. It’s available from a number of online sellers including Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and Chapters Indigo. Elma now lives and writes on a pine-dotted mountainside in Kamloops, British Columbia.
